Gastronomic getaway with Telva Cooking School to Salamanca.

We are very pleased to announce that we have begun a partnership with the prestigious Telva Cooking School, to offer to all its followers and ours, to all foodies, gourmets and lovers of good food, a series of gastroviajes y gastronomic escapades, to discover the gastronomic treasures of Spain, and to learn, in its school, the typical recipes of the cities, towns or regions that we visit.
The first getaway will be on June 16 and 17 to the wonderful city of Salamanca, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An intense weekend that will begin with a cooking class at the Esc

Gastronomic getaway with Telva Cooking School to Salamanca.
11:00-14:00 Meeting point Telva Cooking School. Thematic cooking class: products and recipes from Salamanca. Food.
14:00 Departure by VIP minibus to Salamanca.
16:30 Approximate time of arrival. Check in at the fabulous 5* Hotel HOSPES Palacio de San Esteban.
17:00- 20:00 Our official guide is waiting for you in the lobby to discover a monumental complex of great beauty declared a World Heritage Site. World Heritage Site and learn about its history and legends. We will visit the university and its cathedral and stop at a prestigious bakery to taste the typical “hornazo” and the “maimón” bun.
Dinner on your own: discover its bars and taverns and taste the delicious local tapas.
Sunday, June 17
12:00 Departure by bus to a wonderful farm Organic Farm of Hacienda Zorita, a farm of 250 hectares, in a unique environment of oaks, cork oaks, olive trees and vineyards, where we can see buffaloes, Iberian pigs, etc. and where we will visit from the only one of its kind in the world. Balsamic Vinegar cellarto the traditional Spanish method to the impressive dryer of pure Acorn-fed Iberian Hamwith 7000 pieces and a fascinating artisan cheese factory.
12:30 Visit to the Cheese Factory.
13:00 Cheese, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Tasting accompanied by ham tasting.
14:30 Country food: salads, Iberian sausages, gazpacho, grilled meats, dessert and coffee.
16:00 Walk through the Dehesa. View of animals, tower, organic orchard, vineyard...
17:30 End of the experience. Return to Madrid to Telva Cooking School. Approximate time of arrival 20:00 hours.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
* Package subject to a minimum of 10 people.
* Deadline for reservations: June 7.
* Deposit of 30€ to formalize the reservation. Non-refundable in case of cancellation. If after June 7 the minimum quota has not been reached, the agency will proceed to refund the deposit.
