Iberian ham summer salad with peach or melon
If you want something quick and easy, make this summer salad of Iberian ham with peach or melon.
A nutritious and complete summer recipe, with all the macronutrients, the protein from the ham, the healthy fats from the olive oil and nuts, the carbohydrates from the rest of the ingredients, and full of fiber and high percentage of water to hydrate you this summer.


INGREDIENTS: ( 4 servings )
- 200 gr of Iberian ham
- 1/2 melon or 2 peaches
- 1 bag of arugula
- 2 handfuls of walnuts
- 6 tablespoons of Aove
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
STEP BY STEP RECIPE:
- Cut the melon in half and cut some cubes or with a spoon we make small balls, about 15.
- With the Iberian ham we make rolls with each slice.
- In a small bowl put the Aove with the vinegar and salt and stir to make the vinaigrette.
- In a frying pan put a dash of oil and toast the lightly chopped walnuts over medium heat.
- Place the arugula on a plate, spread the melon, ham and walnuts on top and then dress with the vinaigrette.
