Avocado, mango and white tuna tartare
Hello everyone! I continue with fresh recipes for the hot weather that has us almost melted! avocado, mango and white tuna tartar.
It is a very tasty and healthy dish, and you can make it in 3 minutes. In addition, the combination of flavors and textures is great. The sweetness and at the same time acidity of the mango, with the creaminess of the mango and the power of a good tuna from the north of the can, but of those good ones that come in cubes in glass jars!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 avocados
- 1 handle
- White tuna
- Soy sauce
- Sesame
- Cilantro
- Olive oil.
- Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Put in a bowl.
- Peel the avocado, cut in half crosswise. Remove the pit and with the help of a spoon remove the flesh and place it on a board and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent oxidation. Add them to the bowl together with the mango.
- Sprinkle with a few drops of soy and olive oil and sprinkle a little sesame.
- Fill a cooking ring with this mixture. Remove it and add on top a bit of white tuna and chopped coriander.
